Model Emily Ratajkowski secretly married actor-producer boyfriend

It’s no surprise why so many celebrities prefer to tie the knot in secret, or at least away from the privy eyes of the media. But even how private they want their wedding to be, sometimes some paparazzis still manage to join the supposed secret event.

But not with Emily Ratajkowski, the 26-year-old California-raised model and actress, who secretly married her boyfriend of just a few weeks, Sebastian Bear-McClard, an actor and producer. The two secretly married in February 2018 but news of their wedding got out only a few months after. Talk about putting a secret really a secret!

Had it not for Ratajkowski showing off her wedding ring on Instagram, it wouldn’t be known that this pretty young model-actress already got hitched. The wedding ring is just a simple gold band.

What’s more surprising is the wedding dress Ratajkowski wore during her secret courthouse wedding at the New York City Hall. She wore a mustard Zara suit that costs only a little over $150. The flared trousers and the long belted blazer, which retailed for just $51.40 and $102.81, respectively, are pretty much cheap but she looks absolutely gorgeous on them. Actually, all those who attended the wedding wore chic men’s wear-inspired suits. And there were dogs at the venue.

Ratajkowski, who modeled for GQ and FHM, said she preferred a more private wedding as her way of “celebrating love and relationships.”

“It was very nice,” she admitted. The model also appeared in several movies such as “Gone Girl” opposite Ben Affleck and “We Are Your Friends.”

Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard have been officially a couple for only a few weeks before their secret marriage. But the model said she had known the actor-producer for several years though she confirmed their relationship was completely “platonic.” And Bear-McClard’s proposal was so “unconventional.” However, Ratajkowski said she find it so romantic.

According to her, Bear-McClard proposed at the Minetta Tavern in New York City but didn’t bring any ring. Instead, he made a ring out of a paper clip and put it on her finger.

Five months after their secret wedding, Ratajkowski showed off on Instagram her “real” engagement ring, a thin gold band with two big diamonds.

With her “secret” wedding no longer a secret, Ratajkowski expects no more talks on social media for her and her husband now that they have already admitted all.
